A little background about Red. I grew up in a small town waaaaay down south almost on the coast line of the Gulf of Mexico. Roughly about 15 - 20 mins south. I was a pretty good kid. I had never been arrested, respected my parents, and didn't come home until the street lights came on. I almost got into some trouble which helped my decision in joining the Armed Forces. So I volunteered for The US ARMY as an Infantryman [11B]. I was put in 1/25th 1-5 Inf Div. I ended up doing two tours of duty. Both were in Iraq 04-05 [10 months] and 07-08 [15 months] after a reflag to 1-2 Stryker Cav Reg. I lost many brothers on my journey and almost lost my life as well. Thankfully we were to close to the EFP for it to form and go through our Strykers armor. I did sustain internal injuries that thankfully do not hinder me to much.
